Return Policy

At Cowgirl Revival Co., every piece is thoughtfully sourced or designed in small quantities. Because of the limited and vintage nature of our collections, we are unable to offer refunds.

Returns

We happily accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Must be approved at the discretion of authorized individuals. 

Once your return is approved and received, you will be issued a digital store credit via email.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Vintage pieces

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased with a discount code (if you want this rule)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

Policy Updates

Cowgirl Revival Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site or purchase of products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
