During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

 


 

  1. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Cowgirl Revival Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping delays caused by USPS

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package appears lost, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.

Currently, we ship through USPS within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

For international orders (if offered in the future), all customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
